Fun Run Information - Please Read

 

Soleado Families,

You are doing such an amazing job!

We are now over 60% of the way to our goal of $40,000 raised during the Fun Run pledge period. This money goes to support so many amazing programs that our children benefit from every day.

 The Fun Run is coming up on Monday 3/9 and pledges will be accepted until the following Monday 3/16. Be sure to share your child's private link with friends and family. You can find all the information you need at our school Fun Run website.

 There are great incentives for participants at all levels. If we reach 75% of our goal, the entire school will benefit from a BMX assembly! If we get to 100% we will slime Mrs. Marcus and the Coaches!!

 On Monday 

  • Your child should be dressed in comfortable athletic attire and shoes.

  • Your child should bring a water bottle.

  •  Fun Run shirts and pre-ordered lunch tickets will be distributed in the morning. (There will be no day-of Subway orders. The cafeteria will still be available to buy lunch)

  •  All runners will be on the field at 10:50 to be ready to go at 11:00. 

  •  K-2 will head over for lunch from their cool down area at about 11:30.

  • 3-5 will head over for lunch from their cool down area at about 11:40.

  •  Students will return to their classrooms around 12:45 

  • (TK & Kinder will go in earlier to prepare for dismissal.)

 Thank you to those parents who have signed up to volunteer. We will email you more information before Monday. 

 You can still sign up to volunteer by clicking and filling out this form.

 Parents are encouraged to come to cheer on their children and stay and join their children for lunch. If you choose to take your child home after lunch, but before their dismissal time, be sure to sign them out at their classroom.
